Founder, Executive Director & Treasurer
Bria is the Founder and Executive Director of 4R Legacy Inc., leading the organization's mission to restore, rebuild, rise, and reach youth and families. With a strong background in healthcare operations, leadership, revenue cycle management, and community advocacy, she brings structure, vision, and passion to the work. As Treasurer, she also oversees financial planning, fundraising goals, donor stewardship, and the responsible use of funds.
Diamante Scott
Board President
Diamante provides leadership, accountability, and support to the organization's mission and long-term vision. With experience in sales, communication, and relationship-building, Diamante guides board discussions, supports strategic decisions, and helps ensure 4R Legacy serves youth and families with integrity, purpose, and impact.
Demarcus Ross
Vice President
Demarcus brings dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic to the board. He supports the President and Executive Director in advancing organizational goals, strengthening operations, and ensuring programs stay centered on the needs of youth and families — assisting with outreach, events, and growth.
Dearise James
Secretary
Dearise maintains organization, communication, and accurate records for the board — supporting meeting documentation, board communications, policy records, and the administrative structure that keeps 4R Legacy moving forward with professionalism and transparency.
Yusuf Johnson
Director of Development
Yusuf leads fundraising, donor engagement, sponsorship outreach, and community partnership efforts. With a background rooted in service, discipline, and leadership, he helps identify funding opportunities and build relationships that fuel youth programs, school supplies, mentorship initiatives, and community events.
